The Continuing Education and Corporate Training department at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý recently offered a lively and engaging Country Western Dance class. Held on Monday nights at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý's Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg, TX, the course drew a diverse group of participants eager to learn the basics of popular country western dance styles.

The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý (¿ªÔÆÌåÓý) Regenerative Farm is excited to announce the opening of its Muscadine Grape picking season. This annual event offers community members the unique opportunity to pick their own Muscadine Grapes for just $5 per gallon.
Rene' McCracken, Director of Agriculture at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý, invites everyone to participate in this seasonal harvest. "Muscadines are not only native to the south, absolutely delicious in jelly, sauces, or wine, but can be extremely healthy for you since they are packed full of antioxidants," said McCracken.

The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Foundation recently received a donation of $10,000 from the Stevenson family of Gilmer. These funds will help the Honors Northeast program continue its legacy of unique special projects, specifically their annual feature-length film. The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Board of Trustees met for its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, August 27th. A Public Hearing on Proposed 2024-2025 Operating Budget and Proposed Tax Rate was held prior to the meeting, but there was no public comments so the hearing was adjourned.
