Marc Williams to speak in SUB 101 on Sept. 27

Marc Williams will speak at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý on Thursday, Sept. 27 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Student Union Building (SUB) room 101. Williams' visit comes as part of Multicultural and Career Awareness Week at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý. Williams was voted by CNN as one of the "Top 10 College Motivational Speakers" in the U.S. The session is open to all students and staff and there is no charge to attend.

The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Eagles baseball team went 3-1 to open the Fall 2012 season this weekend as they played host to a tournament at Bob Baker Field.

The Eagles split Friday?s two games as ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý downed Bossier Parish 7-0 in the day?s early game before dropping the nightcap to Weatherford, 1-0.

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý bounced back with a pair of wins Saturday as the Eagles beat Weatherford 12-3 before earning a 12-9 victory over Grayson College.
