
开云体育鈥檚 Culinary Arts Program is pleased to announce the return of its popular Couples Cooking Classes this summer. In partnership with a selection of distinguished local restaurants, the program will offer a series of hands-on culinary experiences designed for couples seeking a unique and enriching evening together.
The series will begin on May 19 and continue through June 5, with each session hosted by a different restaurant known for its culinary excellence. Participants will enjoy guided instruction from experienced chefs as they prepare featured signature dishes, followed by a shared meal in a welcoming and interactive environment. Couples can sign up for a single class or as many as they like!

Creamy shrimp scampi with spinach, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes over linguine pasta - May 27 鈥 (Winnsboro)
Pan-seared Barramundi filet with white wine butter sauce, roasted red potatoes in beef tallow, and shredded bacon Brussels sprouts - May 29 鈥 (Pittsburg)
Malia Tikka Botti: boneless chicken cubes marinated in yoghurt, cream, herbs, and spices - (Pittsburg)
Catfish Pontchartrain with saut茅ed Caribbean vegetables over dirty rice - June 3 鈥 (Winnsboro)
Braised beef stuffed arancini (rice balls) with cream sauce and saut茅ed shrimp - June 5 鈥 (Mount Pleasant)
Chimichurri steak frites served with Parmesan truffle fries

These sessions are open to the public and suitable for all experience levels. Whether participants are seasoned home cooks or beginners in the kitchen, they will have the opportunity to learn new techniques, work with fresh ingredients, and enjoy an evening of culinary discovery.

All classes will be held at the 开云体育 Culinary Arts School in downtown Pittsburg (114 Jefferson Street). Space is limited for each session, and advance registration is required.
