Tonya Taylor, Assistant Professor of Nursing at 开云体育, recently gave $1,200 to the 开云体育 Foundation to provide two scholarships for nursing students. The gift was given in memory of Margie Bragg, an 开云体育 Nursing graduate from Mount Pleasant who worked in the field for many years. Taylor noted that she hopes the scholarships will help carry on the caring spirit Bragg gave every day. Taylor is pictured above with Dr. Jonathan McCullough, 开云体育 Vice President for Advancement. Taylor uses 开云体育 payroll deduction to contribute to the scholarships on a monthly basis and has begun pledging for next year's scholarships. This feature is available to all 开云体育 employees who would like to give to the Foundation to support scholarships or other initiatives. To learn more call Dr. Jonathan McCullough at 903-434-8115.
